Sub-Sea
We can manufacture flowmeters with the capability to be used in the harshest of environments in sub sea conditions. Various high pressure end connections can be provided. The sensors in these applications are potted and terminated with special sub sea connectors such as those supplied by Seacon.

Integral Mounting
Flowmeters can be supplied with a s/s mounting bracket to have a local display on top of the flowmeter.
The construction is from 316 s/s which gives a very strong mounting to protect the flowmeter and display.

Calibration
We offer a calibration facility for periodic testing of flowmeters whether manufactured by us or supplied by other manufacturers. All our flowmeters are calibrated on water using our computer controlled test rig. All testing is carried out against a UKAS accredited meter traceable to National Standards.

End Connections
For some applications there are requirements to use flowmeters with end connections not provided as standard. These connections can be for ANSI 300 to ANSI 2500, PN40, BSP taper, NPT, high pressure, sub sea, autoclave, tri-clamp, IDF, ISS DIN 11851, RJT, ACME, socket weld, butt weld, BS10 table D and E

Seals and Gaskets
Special seals and gaskets can be fitted to any flowmeter where there is a specific requirement such as FDA, 3A or plant standardisation. The common materials used are PTFE and viton.

Construction
Flowmeters can be suppied in materials other than the standard 316 s/s and PVDF. Others materials that have been supplied include Hastelloy C, duplex and super duplex s/s, monel, inconel, brass, aluminium, PTFE lined and PFA coated
